The entire guest house is rented, prices vary depending on the number of the overnight
guests

plus culture tax (bed tax) for 1-4 persons between 1 and 4 € per night and
40 euros once for the final cleaning.
A desired intermediate cleaning is carried out for an additional charge of 40 euros.
Minimum stay usually 2 nights, single nights on request, bookings during various holidays
such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, port birthday not unfortunately under three nights
possible - please understand.
Maximum duration 7 days. With promised booking requests from 7 days separate conditions:
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival 30% and up to 4 days before arrival 70% of the
total rent. From 3 days a 95% cancellation fee applies.
Prepayment one night for booking within 3 working days, balance payment by 7 working
days before arrival or in cash upon delivery of the key when booking at short notice. When
booking from abroad 50% prepayment of the rent. Vouchers for overnight stays complete p
ayable within 5 working days.
Cancellation: Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the trip an overnight price,
cancellation up to 7 days 50% of the total rent before arrival. Short-term cancellation
from 3 days before arrival 95% of the total rent.
Maximum duration 7 days. For guaranteed booking requests from 8 days, separate ones apply
Conditions:
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival 30% and up to 4 days before arrival 70% of the
total rent. at Short-term cancellation from 3 days before arrival 95% of the total rent.
No refund is possible for early departures.
Vouchers expire in the event of cancellation or no-show.
I recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance - cheaply over the Internet complete!
No compensation in the event of cancellation by the landlord in the event of force majeure,
